Most of our projects start with a spreadsheet that runs the business.

Rexus Studio is a small software studio founded by Miloš Jakovljević. Nothing gets handed from a sales team to a design agency to an offshore developer: the people on your first call design the system, write the code, and stay on it after launch.
How a project runs
Step 1: Map the work. We sit with the people who use today’s tools and write down how the job actually runs, and where it breaks.
Step 2: Design the data. The data model and the main screens come before feature code, and you see them first.
Step 3: Build in working pieces. Your team uses real parts of the system while the rest is being built, with tests on what matters.
Step 4: Launch. Production hosting, monitoring and backups from day one, on infrastructure you own.
Step 5: Stay on it. We keep improving it and fix what your team runs into after launch.
