I’m Miloš Jakovljević. I design every Rexus Studio site and write the code myself. I’ve worked as a full-stack developer at K7 Tech, and I also work as a developer and project lead at Appify, a software agency.
The studio is in Valjevo, Serbia. Being small and outside the US keeps our costs down, which is why the price is what it is. We work in English, and you deal with one person from the first preview to the live site.
Questions contractors ask
Is the preview really free?
Yes. We build it from your public listing before we ever talk. If you don’t want it, ignore it and the sample comes down after a few weeks.
I already have a website.
Then the question is whether it’s working for you: fast on a phone, linked from your Google listing, easy to request a quote. If a new one would help, we build the preview the same way and you compare.
Do I own the site?
Your domain is registered in your name. If you cancel, you keep your site files and your domain. The AI yard preview runs on our servers, so it stops when the plan ends; the rest of the site works wherever you host it.
Where do the photos and reviews come from?
Your name, phone, rating and review count come from your public Google listing. Photos are licensed fence photos until you send your own. We never write reviews.
How do changes work?
Email what you want changed. Small changes are included in the monthly plan and done within 2 business days.
Why is the studio in Serbia?
It’s where I live. Lower costs here are why the price is lower than most US agencies charge. Everything happens in English, by email, with one person.
Do you work with other trades?
Fence companies come first, because the estimator and the AI preview are built for fences. For roofing, decks, landscaping or another trade, tell us about your business and we’ll say honestly what we can build.
