Rexus Studio
The studio

A studio built around one idea: stop running your business on disconnected tools.

Rexus Studio is a small, senior team that designs, builds, and operates custom software end to end. We don't hand the work off between a strategy shop, a design agency, and an offshore dev team — one team owns the system from the first conversation to production and beyond.

Point of view

The problem is rarely one missing feature. It's five tools that don't talk to each other.

Most companies we meet aren't short on software — they're drowning in it. A CRM bought three years ago, a stack of spreadsheets that became load-bearing, two half-finished internal apps, and email holding the seams together. Every handoff loses something. Every report is reconciled by hand.

We don't believe the answer is another tool. The answer is a system built to fit how your business actually runs — the real workflows, the real roles, the real edge cases — owned and operated by one accountable team. That conviction is why the studio exists, and it shapes every decision we make about scope, stack, and process.

A new app for every problem
One system the whole operation runs on
Generic SaaS bent to fit your business
Software shaped to how you actually work
Vendors who own a slice each
One team accountable for the outcome
Principles

Three commitments we don't compromise on.

How we work is as deliberate as what we build. These hold across every engagement, whatever the industry.

01

AI-native delivery

AI isn't a feature we bolt on at the end — it's in how we build. We use models to move faster through discovery, scaffolding, and review, and we embed them in the product where they create real leverage: extraction, scoring, prediction, and copilots inside the tools your team already uses. Never a chatbot for the sake of one.

02

Full-stack ownership

One team owns the data model, the backend, the frontend, the infrastructure, and the SEO — and stays accountable after launch. No throwing work over a wall between a design agency and a dev shop, and no part of the system that nobody owns. When something breaks, you call us, and we fix it.

03

Platforms, not one-offs

We build systems meant to grow with the business, not throwaway projects that need replacing in a year. That means a real architecture, a data model that mirrors your operation, tests on the parts that matter, and code you could hand to another team. We'd rather build the platform once than rebuild the prototype three times.

The stack & why

We run a deliberately small, modern stack.

A focused toolchain means less glue code, faster delivery, and a system the next engineer can actually understand. Here's what we standardize on and why.

Next.js, React & Tailwind
One framework for marketing sites and full applications: fast, server-rendered, SEO-ready, and built on a component system the team reuses instead of rebuilding.
NestJS, PostgreSQL & Prisma
A structured backend on a relational database that mirrors how your business actually works — typed end to end, so the data model stays honest as the system grows.
Anthropic Claude
Our default for the AI built into products and the AI we build with — strong at extraction, reasoning, and code, with the reliability to put in front of real users and real workflows.
Vercel & Railway
Production infrastructure we can deploy, monitor, and scale without standing up a platform team — so more of the budget goes into the product, not the plumbing.
Approach

A sequence we run every time.

Five steps from understanding the business to improving the system once it's live.

  1. 1

    Discover

Map how the business actually works and where the tools fail it.

  2. 2

    Architect

Design the data model and system shape before feature code.

  3. 3

    Build

Ship in working increments, full-stack, with tests.

  4. 4

    Ship

Deploy to production infra, instrument, and harden.

  5. 5

    Iterate

Use it, measure it, improve it.
